{"id":3960,"date":"2024-05-14T07:50:35","date_gmt":"2024-05-14T07:50:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sorsa.es\/?post_type=productes&#038;p=3960"},"modified":"2024-07-04T09:52:06","modified_gmt":"2024-07-04T09:52:06","slug":"04pfh-600-lx","status":"publish","type":"productos","link":"https:\/\/sorsa.es\/en\/productos\/04pfh-600-lx\/","title":{"rendered":"PFH-600 LX"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is a <u>horizontal radial coil strapping machine<\/u>with head in lateral position and motorized advance until it comes into contact with the side of the coil, all mounted on a pivoting structure or bed next to the strapping arch and located on the side of the steel coil transport system in steel and metallurgy plants.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This technical solution is very necessary in hot HRC or cold CRC coil rolling lines, pickling lines, tempering, galvanizing mills, Skin-Pass, ... always with the objective of performing several radial strapping on the inner axis of the coil, while it moves on the cradle or galloping beam with the inner axis perpendicular to the coil's direction of travel.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This model of strapping machine has an open arch on the side, where a lance or sword is mounted to close it in each strapping, which is pivoting around the outer perimeter of the coil, regardless of the outer diameter that it has. This pivoting movement of the strapping head+strapping arch is controlled by a high-powered geared motor with variator and guided by a reinforced toothed crown gear for greater smoothness, position control at all times and thus reducing the need and general maintenance costs of the installation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In conjunction and to optimize the final strapping result, SORSA has PET plastic strapping heads that reach 800 kg of linear tension on the package, which can work with straps up to 32 mm wide, ideal in cold rolling, finishing or galvanizing applications, as well as the latest technology heads for steel strapping in HRC hot rolling mills, with TIG welding system without linker or clamp, which allows us to guarantee a reliability of the sealing point of minimum 95% or more, being this value the highest in the market by far.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Optional peripherals are also available, such as automatic robotic labeling systems for
