- It is defined with a head on the side, which can be fixed (FV-060) or with advance to the package itself (FV-600) in order to perform the strapping directly in contact with the load, with closed arc, i.e. without bottom sword, to apply a defined tension and group the load, offering an optimal stabilization for its handling, transport and/or storage.
- The machine is equipped with a closed vertical strapping arch, with a polyamide core strap guide for better sliding of the strap through it and spring-loaded metal clappers to guide and protect the strap until its exit to the package during the pick-up phase of the head.
- A motorized winder and strap buffer accumulator are also integrated to provide a controlled and fault-free output and release of strap through the arch at all times during this important phase of the cycle.
- All the control of operations and phases of the strapping cycle are integrated in an electric control panel, which includes a PLC and a large touch screen through which you can adjust different parameters, visualize the status of components, receive alarm messages, .....
