- The vertical strapping machine with side head model PV-600Lp has been specially designed for applications that require a high light top vertical pressure for greater load stabilization or for strapping light products that may move during the tensioning or sealing phase of the strap.
- This automatic machine is the optimal solution in applications such as beverage or can manufacturers, where light pressure is required during the strapping phase due to the high height and instability of the load itself.
- It is defined with a head on the side, which has a feed to the package itself to be able to perform the strapping directly in contact with the load, with lower lance or sword to pass through the open skids of the lower pallet, with pneumatic overhead light press with a vertical force of max. 200 kg, with application of a defined tension and grouping of the load, offering optimum stabilization for handling, transport and/or storage.
- The machine is equipped with an open vertical strapping arch with motorized sword or lower lance, with strap guide with polyamide core for better sliding of the strap through it and spring-loaded metal clappers to guide and protect the strap until its exit to the pallet during the pick-up phase of the head.
- A motorized winder and strap buffer accumulator are also integrated to provide a controlled and fault-free output and release of strap through the arch at all times during this important phase of the cycle.
- All the control of operations and phases of the strapping cycle are integrated in an electric control panel, which includes a PLC and a large touch screen through which you can adjust different parameters, visualize the status of components, receive alarm messages, .....
