- This model of strapping machine has an open arch on the side, where a lance or sword is mounted to close it in each strapping, which is pivoting around the outer perimeter of the coil, regardless of the outer diameter that it has. This pivoting movement of the strapping head+strapping arch is controlled by a high-powered geared motor with variator and guided by a reinforced toothed crown gear for greater smoothness, position control at all times and thus reducing the need and general maintenance costs of the installation.
