- This is the vertical radial strapping machine for small diameter and small format coils, with double side head for PET plastic strap and simultaneous strapping at 90°, making it an ideal solution for numerous applications in automatic strapping on wire coils.
- It is defined with a double head on the lateral part, which have an advance to perform the strapping simultaneously in contact with the coil, arch with pneumatic opening in its upper part to allow the feeding/evacuation of the coils by the robot, with application of a defined and sufficient tension to hold the coil or coil of wire, thus avoiding its possible opening and greatly facilitating its handling and stacking in groups of coils of larger size.
- The machine is equipped with a double vertical strapping arch open at the top, with pneumatically retractable guide to allow the coil feeding/evacuation by the robot, channel or arch with spring-loaded metal flaps to guide and protect the strap until its exit to the package during the head pick-up phase.
- Two motorized reelers and strap buffer accumulators are also integrated to provide a controlled and fault-free output and release of strap from both arches at all times during this important phase of the cycle.
- All the control of operations and phases of the strapping cycle are integrated in an electric control panel, which includes a PLC and a large touch screen through which you can adjust different parameters, visualize the status of components, receive alarm messages, .....
