Horizontal strapping

The horizontal strapping method for palletized loads is commonly used in various applications within different market sectors. From the strapping of boxes with fruit and/or vegetables, prefabricated concrete, ceramic products, bottles or food, to its integration in high-speed and demanding production lines within the food or logistics sector.

We have the traditional model of fixed automatic horizontal strapping machine that can be perfectly integrated in production or handling chains in agricultural warehouses, passing through the model that can be moved to various strapping positions and reaching the maximum expression in this chapter with the version that also integrates a vertical corner dispensing system to optimize and guarantee the integrity and stability of the load during handling, storage and transport to its final destination.

Additionally and within the iron and steel sector, we have even developed a model of horizontal radial coil strapping machine for HRC hot coil applications, CRC cold rolling, finishing, galvanizing, pickling, ... which has an open retractable arch for optimum adaptability to the trains or outlets within the main customers and/or specialized engineering companies in the sector.
