The selective collection and treatment of municipal solid waste (MSW) is a process that has increased enormously in volume in recent years and whose main objectives are the optimal management and recovery of this waste for its subsequent industrial reuse.

This process and its recycling save scarce resources and part of the energy necessary to manufacture products from virgin raw materials and contributes significantly to preserving and increasing the global commitment to taking care of the environment first.

In this sense, the replacement of the traditional wire for binding bales by PET polyester strapping has been a major advance in recent years, which, together with innovative strapping systems with more robust heads and reliability of the sealing point, allows the achievement of the overall objective of high productivity and maximum safety in the process and securing of waste bales for handling and subsequent revaluation treatment.

Our technological solutions range from the customised design of strapping systems integrated in current presses in production, strapping machines that can be moved laterally to different strapping positions along the press, as well as collaboration with world engineering companies specialised in these applications for the different feasibility studies and integration in existing presses.
