Therefore, at SORSA we have been certified in the UNE-EN 15343 standard for our strapping made of Polypropylene and Polyester, which establishes procedures to track the traceability of recycled plastics, promote the majority use of these and penalizes those manufacturers of single-use plastic products or those who do not improve or support the circular economy in general.
- In this section, Spain is a pioneer in the application of this European guideline, which allows us to be at the forefront of industrialized countries that prioritize this significant improvement in both the recyclability, selective collection of these materials and their processing, obtaining a greater volume of availability in the market of materials from post-consumer or post-industrial, with the direct and indirect benefits that this entails for the planet.
